1. What stationery products do you offer? 2. Where do you ship? We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico (where carriers allow). International shipping is not available at this time.

3. What are my shipping options and delivery times? Choose from these options for U.S. orders:

  • Express Shipping (3–6 business days): $20 – Get your supplies fast!
  • Free Standard Shipping (7–14 business days): $0 – Our most popular, free on every order!
  • Free Shipping (7–14 business days): $0 – Reliable and no extra cost
  • Standard Shipping (7–14 business days): $10 – Alternative paid option

*Times are business days (excluding weekends and federal holidays). Delays possible due to carriers, weather, or holidays. Tracking sent via email once shipped.

4. Is shipping free? Yes! Free Standard Shipping (7–14 business days) is included on all orders – no minimum purchase required. It's our default choice and what most customers love.

5. What is your return policy? We want you to be thrilled with your stationery. Returns accepted for unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus original shipping fees if applicable). Contact us to start. Opened items like pens or markers may be eligible for exchange if defective.

6. Are your pens and markers bleed-proof / suitable for planners? Many of our gel pens, fineliners, and highlighters are designed for no-bleed performance on planner paper, bullet journals, and notebooks. Check product pages for specifics (e.g., acid-free, archival ink, quick-dry). We recommend testing on a sample page for your preferred paper.

7. How do I care for my stationery? Store pens horizontally or tip-up to prevent leaks. Keep highlighters capped tightly. Notebooks and journals are best kept away from direct sunlight or humidity to preserve paper quality and ink vibrancy.
